The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Accounts Receivable unit welcomes you to our website. Our goal is to provide professional quality service to customers of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The Receivables unit issues invoices seeking payment from customers for law enforcement services provided to the other governmental agencies as well as private entities. Additionally, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office charges for housing of federal inmates, off duty permits, fees, licenses, alarm applications, renewals and fines.

Customers interested in doing business with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office are encouraged to register online.

Customer Section

iReceivables is an internet based self-service application that both customers and employees can access to view Receivables data. It is an online invoice presentation, dispute and payment solution that enables external and internal users to inquire on their own accounts, view account balances and aging, dispute bills, print copies of invoices and credit memos, download statements, pay invoices, and contact Accounts Receivable unit for comments and questions online.

The customers will have access to their account twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week to view their balances and pay invoices online. It is critical that the customer information is accurate and updated.

FAQ

Go to www.pbso.org - Inside PBSO - Under "Administration" click on "Accounts/Customers, then  click on "New Customer Registration."
Initially we will mail out a letter with your customer number to you. If you don't receive it, please contact PBSO Accounts Receivable via e-mail receivables@pbso.org and you will be provided with your customer number.
The User Name is your E-mail address.
Click on "Login Assistance" and enter your User Name to retrieve your password. You may also contact Lavinia Sasu-Piltz via e-mail SasuL@pbso.org to reset your password.
Click on "Preferences" in Home screen and go down to Change Password; enter your old and new password and then click on "Apply".
After you log in as an existing customer, the "Show Aging" is located in Home page under Account Summary.
The "Statement Download" is located under home page
Yes, you may select the invoice number and pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card. You will receive confirmation upon completion of payment.
Yes, customers paying by credit card will be charged a nominal convenience fee or service charge. Convenience fee is a charge, in addition to the original transaction amount, for the convenience of being able to use an alternate payment method provided through a 3rd party payment processor.
Yes. you may search by any status under "Account" and click on Go. You will see the list of invoices and payments. You can select the transaction number that you are looking for and by clicking on it you will see the detail
After you log in as an existing customer click on "Account" and you will see the summary of transactions. The "Export" option is available on the bottom of the screen. By clicking on Export you can export the list of invoices and payments in Excel, HTML and PDF format.
Yes, you can select the transaction number under "Account" screen and print the invoices, credit memos and debit memos

The PBSO Oracle iReceivables web based software is available to current Accounts Receivable (A/R) customers and potential A/R customers to the PBSO.

The iReceivables application enhances the exchange of A/R information and enables secure transactions between the PBSO and our A/R customers using the Internet and our Oracle iReceivables Portal. A/R customers can monitor their A/R activity; manage account balances, dispute invoices, review and print invoices and review payment receipt and application.

When utilizing the Oracle iReceivables Portal, please ensure that you use Internet Explorer as your browser.

A/R customers should designate one person (Primary User) to ensure all data is entered correctly and maintained in their profile management. Other customer contacts may be added by the A/R Primary User so that the system may be accessed and allow for communication between the PBSO’s Finance department and the customers. You agree that you will not intentionally provide false information when accessing or using the iReceivables system or use this site in any manner in violation of any federal, state, or local law.

As a governmental agency, PBSO is governed by Florida’s public records laws, found in Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, et al. Account information contained on this site and information submitted by you to PBSO through iReceivables shall be handled in accordance with those laws.
