Fan Thanked Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in locating their parents
We just received this heartwarming story from one of our Fans.#WeSeeYou
“Hi, I want to thank the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in locating my parents early this morning. My parents were flying into West Palm Beach from Providence, Rhode Island, with a stop over in Newark, New Jersey. My dad is 80 years old and my mother is 75. They were scheduled to land at 5:28 pm and did not arrive. Nor did they arrive on the following two flights after that. They have no cell phone so my family was frantic when they didn’t show up. I called the rental car agency and they informed me that no one picked up the car that I had reserved for them. Now I was starting to get very concerned. So I called the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, and I was greeted with professional and comforting assistance. The deputies checked with the rental car company, and the airlines and scoured the concourses. Hope was fading fast when a deputy told me he thinks that they may be there. He would call me back. A few minutes later he called me back and informed me my parents were standing with him and let me talk to my mother. You can just imagine the elation. I did not get the name of that deputy that helped us, but I want to say thank you to him for his persistence in getting to the bottom of what happened. That deputy is a credit to your organization and my hat is off to all of you who serve. Thank you.
Sincerely, M.D.”
