PBSO’s Well-Being program is a comprehensive program focused on identifying and creating new resources that support the wellbeing of our employees and their families.
Some of the services we can provide are:
• Critical Incident Support
• Human Performance Training
• In-service Trainings or Unit Specific Trainings
• Referrals to both our Peer Support Program and EAP
• Assistance with External Wellbeing Resources
• Developing Focused Initiatives to Strengthen Wellbeing

The Cigna Employee Assistance Program provides a variety of services, including financial counseling, parenting resources, referrals to licensed mental
health providers and you can get 8 counseling sessions with a provider at no cost. Services are all confidential and available at no additional cost to your and anyone in your household.

Kelli is a Mental Performance Specialist with specialized knowledge in Sport and Performance Psychology; her role with PBSO is to help develop psychological skills that can improve overall performance both professionally and personally. She is available to design and implement performance strategies and skills to help manage stress, improve relationships, foster community, and thrive on and off the job.
