PBSO Volunteers and Community Outreach Deputies went out on Operation Team Senior Check this afternoon at Century Village in West Palm Beach to do Welfare checks on our Senior Citizens and make sure they were OK after hurricane Dorian.

Palm Beach County shelters housed almost 3,000 residents during#HurricaneDorian. We thank the many deputies who were out there making sure everyone was safe & sound.

THANK YOU to all the men and women who are working tirelessly helping others during #HurricaneDorian. Our Deputies worked around the clock to make sure everyone stayed off the streets and were safe. Our Dispatchers left their families to help residents that needed assistance.

Despite the unknown variables of #HurricaneDorian, @GovRonDeSantis encourages all #PalmBeachCounty residents to get their homes ready, have water and food for 5-7 days, refill medications if necessary, and evacuate if on an evacuation zone.
