Inmate Visitation Rules
You must be checked in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the visit or you will be considered late. No late entry will be permitted.
Visitors should check in at least 15 minutes before the start of the visit to ensure they can use the full scheduled visit time. Arriving late may result in a shortened visit.

- All visits are monitored and may be recorded.
- All visitation rules apply to all PBSO locations.
- A maximum of three (3) visitors is allowed per visit, including children.
- All adult visitors MUST present a government-issued VALID state ID or driver’s license before each visit.
- Visitors who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to visit.
- Visitors may only bring keys and a wallet into the Visitation Center.
- NO cell phones, smartwatches, or any recording devices are allowed in the building.
- Visitors with small children are permitted to bring one baby bottle and one blanket per child.
- Lockers are provided based on availability.
- All minors MUST have a visitor’s ID number and MUST be added to the visit list.
- An original birth certificate and legal guardianship paperwork are required before a minor is permitted to visit.
- No school-age children are allowed to visit during school hours, including homeschooled students.
Inmate Visitation Dress Code
ANY VIOLATION OF THE VISITATION RULES CAN LEAD TO YOUR VISITATION PRIVLEDGES BEING CANCELLATION OR SUSPENDED.
Visitors MUST adhere to the FULL dress code policy listed below.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE VISITATION RULES CAN LEAD TO YOUR VISITATION PRIVILEGES BEING TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED.
- Visitors wearing coats, jackets, sweaters, etc., must be wearing a shirt that is proper under these items.
- Visits must be scheduled 1 to 7 days in advance. NO same-day visits may be scheduled.
- Children will never be left unattended FOR ANY REASON on Visitation property. Unsupervised children will cause a visit to be canceled.
- No Smoking, gum, food, or drinks are allowed on the visitation property.
- If a visitor exits the Visitation area, they will not be allowed to gain reentry without prior approval by staff.
- Loud talking, excessive emotionalism, or any type of disruptive behavior will not be permitted.
- Please stay seated during your entire visit. When you are leaving, hang the phone up first then stand up.
- If you are a “No Show” to three scheduled visits, you will be restricted from visiting for two (2) visiting weeks.
