“I can’t go to school. I have no shoes!” So PBSO Detectives buy the student a new pair of shoes.

Detectives from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office make periodic checks on juvenile’s who are truant from school. When Detective Shahid met up with Jahnigh she asked him why he was not attending school. He advised he was not attending school because he did not have any shoes.

Detective Shahid and her fellow detectives put their dollars together and purchased a new pair of sneakers & lunch for Jahnigh. Jahnigh was very grateful and agreed to get back to school.
