Lieutenant Sean Forman serves as the Executive Officer for District 16, City of Greenacres. Lieutenant Forman has served the citizens of Palm Beach County for over 25 years with PBSO. He has been fortunate enough to have experienced many different units within the agency to include the Tactical Unit, SWAT, Crimes against Children/Sex Crimes, Cold Case Homicide, Auto Theft, Narcotics, Jail Investigations, Firearms Investigative Unit, Street Crimes, Field Training Officer and Sergeant. Lieutenant Forman was previously assigned to the Court Services Division as the Executive Officer. He was responsible for five courthouses consisting of 135 PBSO employees.
Lieutenant Forman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hofstra University and has had extensive training with numerous courses in leadership to include the Executive Leadership Program and FBI LEEDA Leadership Trilogy. He has resided in Palm Beach County for almost 30 years. Lieutenant Forman has a private pilot’s license and is a certified CPR instructor as well.
