I am Anna Pierro, Unit Manager for the Corrections Support Services, Video Visitation Unit. I am a Florida native, born and raised in Palm Beach County. My career at the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office began in 1999 in the Court Services Division as a Court Services Specialist, continuing in the Substance Abuse Awareness Program as a Clerical Specialist. In 2010, I was assigned to the Video Visitation Center as a Clerical Specialist. In January 2022, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing. I was promoted to Unit Manager in October 2022. I have assisted family, professionals, and members in the community with visiting their incarcerated loved ones in the Palm Beach County Detention Centers over the past 12 years. The experience has been and continues to be a very rewarding experience.
It is my goal to provide the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Video Visitation team with a devoted leader who cares and understands while ensuring we provide superior customer service to all of the Video Visitation Unit stakeholders.
