The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division in collaboration with NOBLE, Leadership Palm Beach County, and Tripp Electric (Ashley Tripp) have collected enough items to furnish the family’s home in Pahokee, FL. The family apartment caught fire on January 2nd and everything was lost due to the fire. There are six children (7 months – 18 years) who resided in that home. We have two truckloads and two vans with furniture, toys, clothing, televisions, and household accessories. The history behind the family is that the mother has stage 4 cancer and her father who resides with them on White Pine died yesterday hours before the presentation. This week long conference is held annually during the third week of October which is also Crime Prevention Month.
