Deputies responded to a shooting in the 200 block of Daniel Place, Pahokee. Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male deceased, lying on the sidewalk, from apparent gunshot wound(s).

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrived on scene to investigate this shooting as a Homicide.  No suspect or motive is known at this time.

Marsy’s law has been enacted, therefore, the victim’s name will not be released.
