On October 11, 2024, at 7:47 pm, deputies responded to JFK Medical Center after a victim was found in the parking lot with an apparent gunshot wound. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim had suffered a gunshot wound to the femoral artery and was listed in critical condition.

On, Sunday, October 13, 2024, the victim, Antonio Wynn (DOB: 5/21/1993), succumbed to his injuries.

Following an extensive investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Marcus Love (DOB: 7/09/1994). On January 6, 2024, detectives successfully located and apprehended Marcus Love. He was arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
