Operation Southern Slowdown – July 15, 2024 through July 20, 2024
PBSO is joining state and local law enforcement agencies in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee for a week-long high visibility enforcement and awareness campaign, to reduce fatalities and serious injuries by getting motorists to obey speed limits on roadways from local to interstate highways. Further investigation into the Robbery/Shooting that occurred on Friday, July 5, 2024, led to the identity of the suspect, Quinton Robinson, DOB: 8/11/2000. 80 Kids going to Big Dog Ranch
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Mentoring Program will bring 80 kids to enjoy a day full of activities at Big Dog Ranch Rescue. The all day camp/retreat allows the kid’s time to work with the rescue dogs and puppies. Participants will learn how to properly care for dogs by grooming, walking, washing, feeding and learning how to train them throughout the day. She was last heard from on 6/17/24 around 1430 hours and is believed to be in the area of Lake Worth Beach, FL. Her method of travel is unknown.
